Welcome to LiquidLogicPros.com. LiquidLogicPros, a DBA of Idaho Tow Processing LLC ("LiquidLogicPros," "we," "us," or "our"), operates this website and provides products and services subject to the following Terms of Service.


By accessing our website, visiting our store, making a purchase, creating an account, signing up for emails or text messages, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.


Products and Inventory


LiquidLogicPros specializes in liquidation, overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns, closeouts, donated items, consignment items, handmade goods, and other discounted merchandise.


Products may:


• Be open-box items

• Have damaged or replacement packaging

• Have minor cosmetic imperfections

• Be customer returns

• Be assembled for display purposes

• Differ slightly from original retail presentation


We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph products. However, colors, appearance, and product details may vary depending on your device and display settings.


Pricing and Availability


Prices are subject to change without notice.


We reserve the right to:


• Correct pricing errors

• Limit quantities

• Refuse service

• Cancel orders

• Refuse transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse


Inventory availability is not guaranteed until payment has been received and accepted.


Store Pickup


LiquidLogicPros currently offers in-store pickup only.

Pickup Hours:

Wednesday–Sunday

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Customers must pick up purchases within three (3) calendar days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Unclaimed merchandise may be restocked after three (3) days. Any approved reimbursement for unclaimed merchandise will be issued as store credit only.


Product Inspection


Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise at pickup whenever possible.


Customers are also responsible for verifying:


• Measurements

• Dimensions

• Compatibility

• Fitment

• Installation requirements

• Suitability for intended use


LiquidLogicPros is not responsible if an item does not fit, match, work with, or suit the customer's intended purpose.


Electronics and Powered Equipment


Electronics, appliances, and powered equipment are tested whenever reasonably possible before sale.


Customers must inspect and test electronics and powered equipment within three (3) business days of purchase.


Failure to test an item within the return period constitutes acceptance of the item as sold.


Claims made after the return period will not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or store credit.


No Warranties


Unless expressly stated in writing, all merchandise is sold AS IS.


LiquidLogicPros provides no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain solely between the customer and the manufacturer.


Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiquidLogicPros shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, property damage, lost profits, lost data, installation errors, misuse, product failure, or other damages arising from:


• Purchase of products

• Use of products

• Improper installation

• Failure to follow instructions

• Product defects

• Customer misuse


Customers assume all responsibility for the use, installation, modification, and operation of products purchased from LiquidLogicPros.


Reviews, Photos, and User Content


By submitting reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, social media tags, contest entries, giveaway entries, or other content involving LiquidLogicPros, you grant LiquidLogicPros a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.


Email and SMS Communications


By voluntarily providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and transactional communications from LiquidLogicPros.


Consent is not required to make a purchase.


You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or text messages at any time.


Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.


Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Idaho.

RETURN POLICY

At LiquidLogicPros, we inspect and test merchandise whenever reasonably possible before sale. Because we specialize in liquidation, overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns, closeouts, and discounted merchandise, all return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Return Window


Return requests must be made within three (3) business days of the date the item leaves our store.


To qualify for consideration, items must:


• Be returned in the same condition sold

• Include all original parts and accessories

• Include original packaging when applicable

• Be accompanied by a receipt or emailed purchase confirmation


Eligible Return Reasons


Returns may be considered for:


• Incorrectly labeled items

• Undisclosed damage

• Missing parts not disclosed before sale

• Significant defects missed during inspection


Approved Return Resolution


Approved returns may be resolved by:


• Replacement with a similar item when available

• Store credit


Store credit does not expire and may be used on any item sold by LiquidLogicPros.


Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale:


• Mystery Boxes

• Items sold AS IS

• Items with disclosed defects

• Clearance or specially marked final sale items


Returns Will Not Be Approved For


• Change of mind

• Item does not fit intended space

• Failure to measure

• Color preference

• Style preference

• Buyer purchased wrong item

• Spouse, partner, friend, or family member disagreement

• Any issue disclosed prior to purchase


Electronics


Electronics and powered equipment must be tested within the three-business-day return window.


Claims submitted after the return period will not be considered.


Right to Refuse Returns


LiquidLogicPros reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

ORDER PICKUP & STORAGE POLICY

All purchases from LiquidLogicPros are available for in-store pickup only.

Pickup Timeframe


Customers must pick up purchases within three (3) calendar days of purchase unless other arrangements have been approved by management.


Customer Responsibilities


Customers are responsible for:


• Bringing appropriate transportation

• Verifying measurements before purchase

• Inspecting merchandise at pickup

• Loading purchased merchandise unless assistance is offered


LiquidLogicPros is not responsible for damage occurring after merchandise leaves our premises.


Unclaimed Merchandise


Items not picked up within three (3) calendar days may be restocked without further notice.


Any approved reimbursement for unclaimed merchandise shall be issued as store credit only.


Storage


LiquidLogicPros is not a storage facility. Extended storage may not be available and is provided solely at management discretion.
