LiquidLogicPros Return Policy
At LiquidLogicPros, we work hard to inspect, test, and accurately describe every item before it leaves our store. Because we sell liquidation, overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns, and closeout merchandise at heavily discounted prices, all return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 3 business days of the date the item leaves our store.
To be considered for a return, the item must:
- Be returned in the same condition in which it was sold
- Include all parts, accessories, and components originally provided
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or emailed purchase confirmation
- Include original packaging when applicable
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns may be considered for:
- Incorrectly labeled items
- Undisclosed damage that was not identified at the time of sale
- Missing parts or components that were not disclosed prior to purchase
- Significant defects that were missed during inspection
If a return is approved, LiquidLogicPros may, at its discretion:
- Replace the item with a similar item if available, or
- Issue store credit for the approved amount
Store Credit
Approved returns are generally issued as store credit only.
Store credit:
- Does not expire
- May be used on any item in the store
- Is issued at the sole discretion of LiquidLogicPros
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Mystery Boxes
- Any item sold "As-Is"
- Any issue that was disclosed prior to purchase
Returns Will Not Be Approved For
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Item does not fit the intended space
- Failure to measure prior to purchase
- Color, style, or design preference
- A spouse, partner, family member, or friend does not approve of the purchase
- Buyer purchased the wrong item
- Buyer found a different item after purchase
- Any issue unrelated to the condition or description of the item
Right to Refuse Returns
LiquidLogicPros reserves the right to deny any return request if:
- The item has been altered, damaged, misused, or modified after purchase
- Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
- The item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sold
- The return request falls outside of the 3-business-day return window
- The return does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy
Our goal is simple: if we made a mistake, we'll do our best to make it right. If the item was accurately represented and the purchase simply didn't work out, we ask for your understanding that all sales are considered final.
